Fall 2003 VON starts in a couple of Hours....

After months of preparation, Fall 2003 VON is just about ready to get underway. With our community of 2,000+ people who are joining us from literally all over the world, this event has morphed into our largest VON conference since our Phoenix event of Spring 2001.

Today there is a lot of great content going on in parallel. I'm going to try to balance my time between: The Telecom Policy Summit, The WiFi VoIP Summit, The FWD User Group Meeting, Our VON Orientation for Newbies, our general session on Broadband IP Communications, the "From Spreadsheets to IP Communications" session and finally the Fall 2003 edition of Bob Pepper's "FCC Town Hall Meeting." Bob's Town Hall Meetings have always been both informative and interactive.

Six months ago I tried to introduce the VON Community to Blogging with little noticable success. If there are any bloggers at this event, please feel free to email me the URL to your blog. I will try to introduce group blogging once again at Spring 2004 VON in Santa Clara.
