Looks like the "Hole" is getting Fixed!

I just noticed that calls on the FWD Network to the USA and Canada have now started working again. :-)

While the hole may not be 100% repaired yet, it seems to be fixed ok enough for now. :-)

Now except for calls into the USA/Canada, it is not possible to place calls to mobile phones.

To place a call, dial: *[country code] number on Free world Dialup.

For example:

Australia *61
China: *86
Germany: *49
Israel: *972
UK: *44

Remember to call your friends and relatives and wish them a very Happy New Year!

Now I'm going to continue to listen to Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band....and try to remember that I'm supposed to still be "on vacation."

ilan: If you can't even call another FWD number, then the problem is either with a NAT box (or firewall) near you, or your configurations are not set. Ive heard of people in Israel that can still call the FWD numbers, the telephone company wouldnt be able to do much about that.

You cant call Israel yet, because Jeff is still working hard on bringing everyone this new years gift. The reason the service went down was apparently a problem with the billing of the service, but it seems to be getting worked out. If you go on the forums and post your problem along with your SIP settings, I'm sure we could help you out.

Once again, keep up the good work Jeff! I can speak for everyone on FWD when we say we appreciate it.

As an israeli i still cannot place a call on FWD

i cannot even connect to FWD No# ...

Is it true that the israeli Telephone Compnay closed the port ???

Why i cannot connect form israel ???
