Hi Jeff,
I take it your from Boston area? I'm from Somerville about 39 years ago. Before 6 lovely years in South Asia. Working for my uncle, name Sam, I never met that guy named Karry who says he was there for 4 months? But he was a hero, I'm told? I've just joined your group, sorry to say it has taken me this long to find you. I feel I could have learned a great deal from your expertise. Would it be OK to place a link from my site to yours to inform my clients of your efforts? My point in adding a comment is simple. Don't we pay both federal and state tax to our IP provider now (i.e., AOL etc.)? Wouldn't a termination tax be considered double taxation? Which there is precedent in a ruling written by the Supreme Court, explicitly rules againet duel taxation. I'm not a practicing lawyer. So I would recommend a professionals opinion. I run a small ATM, VoIP and kiosk manufacturing business. I praise your dedication, reputation and steadfast vision. Thank you all for your valued time.
Sincerely, Bill Mitchell
