The Victoria Telecommunity Network: Making End-To-End IP A Reality
The Victoria Telecommunity Network in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, is an example of a community based communications network helping to drive end-to-end IP Communications.
In this case, the Victoria Telecommunity Network enpowers members of the Pacific Community Networks Association, PCNA and the South Island Community Access Network, SICAN to communicate.
This network is powered by Asterisk and is one of the larger public rollouts using Grandstream BudgeTone 100 phones that I am aware of.
