Is BT's DSL Service Blocking UDP Port 5060?

I was wondering if there are any members of Free World Dialup who subscribe to BT's DSL service that are having trouble getting access to the FWD Network and/or other SIP networks.

During the day today there have been a number of stories that mention that BT's DSL service is blocking inbound UDP traffic to port 5060 and I would like to find out whether or not there is anyone who reads my blog who has directly experienced this problem.

If this turns out to be true, I would have a hard time believing that Ofcom would tolerate this on an on-going basis.
