My opinion is that both sides have valid points, but I feel the entertainment industry has lack in the technology development. They should stop investing useless time and money on P2P lawsuit. They should embrace the technology and help develop it. Possibly find other ways to make money by using P2P technology. Maybe learning how to make their data media more secure?
