Spring 2006 "VON Blur" Starts Today:

Now that the pulvermedia VON team is in San Jose and we have established our presence on-site at the San Jose Convention Center, I am once again ready to experience "VON Blur." For me, "VON Blur" happens as my VON meetings and other VON activities start to blend into each other. By the end of the week, everything will have started to blend in and the week feels like one big blur.

Yesterday, my own "VON Blur" got off to a quick start when I ended up having six back-to-back meetings yesterday afternoon, after spending eight and a half hours in flight from New York to San Jose. Landing at the San Jose airport and seeing the snow capped Santa Cruz Mountains was a pretty amazing sight. Waking up this morning to 37 degrees in downtown San Jose, CA, knowing that the morning weather was warmer on Long Island was equally surprising.

For me, being part of the VON Community means always trying to work the balance between the: conference sessions, social interactions, meetings and spending time in our exhibit hall as well as just being available for the ad-hoc meetings which well, just happen. At Spring VON my cell phone will be on so that people who need to reach me can just send SMS to: +1.516.312.3227 rather than rely on my ability to quickly read and then react to emails sent to: jeffp@pulver.com.
