F2C Video Spotlight: Jim Crowe
Stormy Weather -- Level 3's Jim Crowe Speaking at Freedom to Connect said it's socially unacceptable for to block Internet content, and while the technology exists to trasmit even high definition video over the Internet but service providers aren't quite up to the task.
