Acme Packet files S-1
The parade of IP Communication industry IPO filings continues to march on. Acme Packet filed their S-1 on Friday.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. will act as sole book-runner, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as joint lead manager and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will act as co-manager in the offering.
