Back in Stockholm
Yesterday morning my flight landed into a thick fog surrounding Arlanda airport which reminded me of a line from the Counting Crows song Round Here - "Step out the front door like a ghost into the fog where no one notices the contrast of white on white."
While the fog disappeared as I approached the city of Stockholm, yesterday I experienced one of the few rainy days that Stockholm had during the summer of 2006. It seemed that the rain yesterday caught most of the people walking around Stockholm by surprise. While I was fortunate enough to be walking around with an umbrella (only thanks to the owner of a local cafe), it was fun watching how some people improvised and used various objects, including shopping bags over their heads as an umbrella substitute. Yesterday afternoon and last night I took the following photos with my D70 after the rain cleared.

It seems, Jeff, that you are pretty much completely incapable of taking (or, at least, posting) bad photos of Stockholm. LOVE the nighttime shots!
