Mets: 2006 NL East Division Champions!
Earlier tonight the Mets finally assured themselves that they will be playing in the post-season for the first time 2000 when they beat the Marlins 4-0. I am looking forward to being at Shea Stadium in October to watch these Mets play October baseball.

Congrats Jeff! The Red Sox are pretty much out of it so I think I will be rooting for the Mets as well this post season. :-)

SO hard for this die-hard Cubs fan to say (though this year my Boys of Summer are not dying hard at all...in fact, they seem to be dying much too easily), but..."Let's Go, Mets!"
