maybe if custs wouldnt drop their fone in the toilet and then expect for us to give them brand new fones for free the service would be better!

Has anyone out there had the same nightmare experience I've had recently with the "New ATT" telephone sales? I've spent approx. 6 - 8 hours and 6 - 8 calls over the last week trying to straighten

Jeff, yes this is funny but one small snafu.. they left off the old PacTel....
