In Search Of...Customer Support from Atlantic Broadband

At the moment I am visiting Miami and staying in an apartment that is serviced by Atlantic Broadband.

And it seems that the customer support folks at Atlantic Broadband do not work on the weekend.

This is the only conclusion I can come to after trying to contact customer support three times (so far) this weekend and I waited on hold for: 42 minutes, 22 minutes and 36 minutes. It seems the management team at Atlantic Broadband has redefined the meaning of "a moment" since they keep on reminding the person on hold that "they will be with you in a moment." In the meanwhile, I have almost memorized their various recorded promotions.

If by any chance there is someone from Atlantic Broadband that reads this blog, please contact me.

I wonder how tolerant others might be when waiting for customer support to report an issue with their services.

I am a subscriber to Atlantic Broadband in Miami Beach FL.
I am upset and deeply offended by all of the advertisements in spanish.
This is America, and it is disrespectiful to America to be flooded with ads from a culture resently immigrating to the UNITED STATES of America.
There are numerous spanish channels in Florida, and if people who immigrated to this country refuses to speack English, they can subscribe to those channels. I do not speak spanish, nor do I ever intend to speak that language. I pay for Atlantic Broaband and would not care to be FORCED to listen to spanish language advertisements.

Thank you for you time and consideration
