Atlantic Broadband: The Epilogue

About an hour ago I received an email from the Customer Care Manager at Atlantic Broadband in Miami who was responding to the message in my blog yesterday.

The Customer Care Manager wrote “.. .I apologize for the difficulty you had this past weekend and would like the opportunity to resolve your concerns.”

I’m happy to report that within fifteen minutes of responding to the email, my service was restored and I even received a follow up phone call to make sure everything was working properly.

I am also glad that someone at Atlantic Broadband reads my blog. :)

Atlantic Broadband's 'customer deflection' is horrible. Their high-speed service has been down for three weeks (on and off) in the PA/MD/DE area and all they do is get angry at you when you try to contact them for an update. They KNOW it will be down and still charge full rates to all their customers.

Makes me count the days until FIOS is in my area.

why isnt wutv 29 in hd yet and why isnt wivb cbs channel 4 cbs and channel 8 in hd i dont know why though all of my other local channels are but the two i named and i would like to have them in hd for the nfl football season in bradford pa and i dont even have video on demand in my area yet for some reason and i dont even get my network tv so i have been missing out on wwe friday night smackdown wrestling i hope u guys get these problems fixed as soon as possible or i might consider going over to directv soon

u guys need to start adding more hd channels in bradford pa and video on demand needs to be available i feel every other areas have these services but bradford if its not changed im switching to directv where i can get over 130 hd channels and vod is available too im not happy with atlantic broadband thank you for your time.

I am a subscriber to Atlantic Broadband in Miami Beach FL.
I am upset and deeply offended by all of the advertisements in spanish.
This is America, and it is disrespectiful to America to be flooded with ads from a culture resently immigrating to the UNITED STATES of America.
There are numerous spanish channels in Florida, and if people who immigrated to this country refuses to speack English, they can subscribe to those channels. I do not speak spanish, nor do I ever intend to speak that language. I pay for Atlantic Broaband and would not care to be FORCED to listen to spanish language advertisements.
