Expanding my horizons: Announcing Jeff Pulver’s Strategic Consulting Group
Over the years, while working on my conferences and other pursuits, I have been fortunate enough to offer strategic consulting for select companies and colleagues. I wasn't promoting this or offering it outright, but I found myself in this position quite often, consulting in the worlds of media, communications, entertainment, and the Internet's impact on it all. Today, I have decided to announce that I am sharing this service with select companies and organizations in a more formal capacity.
I offer strategic consulting services to companies and clients seeking to better understand the disruptive elements of the Internet on their organizations. I specialize in what I call "non-deliverable deliverables." By this, I mean that I am not seeking to write analysis reports and build bar graphs. I will provide you actionable suggestions for the future direction of your organization as it applies to my experience and my insight.
Each year, I will limit the number of new retainer clients to no more than 12. I have allocated my time such that I am available for retainer obligations and for ad-hoc specialty projects as well.
And before you ask, yes, I am still very much involved with the VON conferences and Video on the Net. I am working on a number of amazing projects, as you know from reading this blog. This is merely an announcement that I am accepting more clients for my strategic consulting services.
