Recap of: Breakfast with Jeff Pulver (and friends) in Washington DC
During the past couple of months I have enjoyed hosting breakfasts in a number of places, including: Boston, Miami, New York, Philly and Princeton.
I have great memories from each of these breakfasts and I have enjoyed the conversations I've had and the people whom I've met. Each event stands on it's own and I am already looking forward to returning to a number of these cities.
During each of these breakfasts there were people I saw who were: taking pictures, recording video, using Qik, using twitter, using Utterz and other platforms but nothing quite prepared me for the "Do-it-Yourself" Paparazzi` moment that just "happened" during breakfast in Washington, D.C. at Busboys and Poets. When Jonny Goldstein interviewed me on Utterz, I broadcast the interview live on Qik and the others around us took out their cameras and took pictures and shot video. Seems 2008 is the year of "DIY Paparazzi" and most of my guests were part of the "digital paparazzi." Jeff Hibbard was one of the people who captured the moment. That whole experience was just surreal. :)
Special thanks to EVERYONE who came out for breakfast. I look forward to return to Washington, D.C. to host another breakfast in early May.

I'm intrigued by your statement ...
"Jonny Goldstein interviewed me on Utterz, I broadcast the interview live on Qik"
... because I'm curious if the audio content of the video is transcribed robotically, or humanly, and - in either case - if you make available to your readers and visitors those transcripts of podcasts and videos?
I wrote curious, but I meant vested -- I provide that service at the given URL.
