URLs in Facebook Status Updates are Now Clickable

For months I have been wondering why Facebook did not support URLs to be clickable from inside of Status updates. I just noticed Facebook has enabled this new feature. By doing so, it now makes all of the twitter updates from my friends on Facebook much more readable and actionable.

Nice move Facebook! :)

Funny, someone on Twitter yesterday was just saying they didn't see the use in using Twitter to update Facebook status but this change I think the value just went up -- at least for me 'cus I drop a lot of URLs into my Twitterstream, now all my FB friends will see them as well.

Thanks Jeff, looking forward to the Toronto Social Media Breakfast!
