Be Nice to someone you usually ignore

There are people in your life that for your own reasons you take for granted and generally ignore. This could be a friend, a loved one or a total stranger...but you know who they are.

This happens to everyone.

Pick someone today, and make a point to be nice to that person. Don't be phony. Be nice. Be kind. See what happens from there.

Life is too short to hold grudges and to miss out on friendship. Your post made me think about the numerous "second chances" others have given me, and it inspired me to reach out to someone else today. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thank you for all the wonderful things you write, Jeff. There, you're my first one today! :-)

Most people don't realize this but a yoga "practice" can be something as a simple as practicing awareness of others everyday. Wonderful things and lessons happen when we allow connectedness to occur.

Have a great day everyone.

Yes, yes.
I have been to meet-ups where I see people being not mean, but dismissive of lovely but quiet/dorky/lovely people. Don't miss out. They are usually the people doing the coolest work.
Being kind is fun.

Wonderful post. Kindness is a topic I write about often. It's not that hard to be kind. Thanks for reminding me.
