Wish I had the time to shoot RAW.
Nowadays, I prefer JPEG, as it's faster "time-to-market". You just need to make your shots good enough so that they don't need post-processing.
Of course this doesn't apply to pro/studio shoots, but for my purposes it's enough. see examples in my site.
