Upcoming Social Cocktail Events in the Greater DC Area (Sep 22) and Atlanta (Sep 24)
Next week I will be hosting two social cocktail events:
On the evening of September 22nd, I will be in McLean, VA, and will will be hosting a “real-time” social networking event followed and will then be giving a talk about my experiences “Investing in early-stage Hi-Tech Israeli Startups.” Details for this event can be found on Facebook. On the evening of September 24th, I will be in Atlanta and I will be hosting “real-time” social networking event which is part of the “Gala Event” associated with the US-Israel Web 2.0 Business Exchange. This will be followed by a brief talk where I will again share some of my some of my experiences about “Investing in early-stage Hi-Tech Israeli Startups.” Details for this event can be found on Facebook . Jeff- nice post. This proves the point that reflection and breaks are critical for creativity to unfold. It's too easy to get mired in the muck and not realize that one is simply functioning by rote and not optimizing. I've recently found myself needing to remind myself more and more to step back.
