In Las Vegas to be a Judge at CEA’s i-stage Competition
In a couple of hours, Ryan Block (Wired Magazine), Kevin Kelly (formerly of Engadget) and I will be the judges at the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) new technology competition i-stage taking place at the the Four Seasons Hotel.
Molly Wood is our host.
i-stage is “a technology event featuring the most innovative new consumer technology products that will soon come to market. The winner of the i-stage competition will receive $50,000 to develop its product line, as well as free turnkey exhibit space at the upcoming 2009 CES.”
The i-stage finalists are:

I have been looking forward to being a judge at i-stage and seeing each of the presentations from the finalists. Today I hope to help discover “America’s Top Gadget.”
